Know Your Enemy
As a lower class minority in the United States, who exactly is my enemy?
Is it the “evil” Muslims and Osama Bin Laden?
Of course not!
They aren’t the reason why I have to work twice as hard to get half as far as opposed to those born in America with a higher class standing.
They aren’t the reason why so many Americans are unemployed and many lose their homes due to foreclosures daily.
Muslims aren’t the reason why my mother and other like lower class Americans have to work two or more jobs just to barely make ends meet.
They aren’t the reason why so many of our younger brothers and sisters fall victim to crime and the life of crime.
Muslims aren’t the reason so many children lack the basic education skills to pass a simple literacy test in schools nationwide.
So as a lower class minority who exactly is my enemy?
The damn structure that allows such injustices I mentioned above to exist!
I know my enemy, know yours!
